The vibrating screen gold mining truck is a mobile gold extraction equipment that integrates vibrating screen technology into gold mining operations. It relies on vibrating screens for efficient ore grading and is widely used in placer gold mining on land and in some water areas.
1. Core Structure
In addition to the conventional components of gold mining trucks such as mobile chassis, water supply systems and gold extraction chutes, the core is an intelligent vibrating screen system, which usually adopts a double-layer screen structure and some are equipped with vibrating bins.
The vibrating screen is mostly driven by a variable frequency motor, and the screen mesh is usually made of wear-resistant manganese steel perforated plate or high manganese steel wire. Some models are equipped with washing drums and high-pressure spray devices before and after the vibrating screen, suitable for ore materials in mines with high mud content, ore, river pebbles and especially large environments.
2. Working Process
1. First, the loader sends the gold-bearing sand and gravel into the bin, and initially screens out large waste materials to reduce equipment wear;
2. Then the qualified materials are transported to the vibrating screen, which classifies the ore sand through high-frequency vibration to separate coarse gravel from ore materials containing fine placer gold;
3. Afterwards, the fine ore materials enter the washing tank, where the clay on the surface of gold particles is stripped by high-pressure spray, and then flows into chutes and other equipment to complete gold particle enrichment by using density differences. Some models also adopt secondary separation to improve gold recovery rate.
