• Material and Structure: Made from premium, highly elastic, and wear-resistant rubber, the mat is manufactured using a precision compression molding process. Its unique surface is the key to its high performance: one side is a smooth, flat base, while the other features an intelligently designed three-dimensional riffle pattern. This pattern consists of intersecting horizontal and vertical reinforcement ribs that form multiple square depressions, acting as “gold traps.” Within each trap, several vertical protrusions (nubs) are systematically arranged. • Principle of Operation: Designed for use with sluice boxes or other mineral processing equipment. As the gold-bearing slurry flows over the mat, the principle of gravity separation is utilized.
