Description
Product Desciption:
The Gold Sluice Rubber Mat is a specialized tool engineered for the efficient and professional recovery of placer gold.
-
Material and Structure: Made from premium, highly elastic, and wear-resistant rubber, the mat is manufactured using a precision compression molding process. Its unique surface is the key to its high performance: one side is a smooth, flat base, while the other features an intelligently designed three-dimensional riffle pattern. This pattern consists of intersecting horizontal and vertical reinforcement ribs that form multiple square depressions, acting as “gold traps.” Within each trap, several vertical protrusions (nubs) are systematically arranged. This optimized gold-catching structure significantly promotes the effective deposition of fine gold particles.
-
Principle of Operation: Designed for use with sluice boxes or other mineral processing equipment. As the gold-bearing slurry flows over the mat, the principle of gravity separation is utilized. Due to the high specific gravity of gold compared to sand and dirt, gold particles rapidly settle and are captured within the depressions and around the protrusions, while the lighter waste material is washed away by the water flow, ensuring highly effective separation.
-
Key Features & Benefits:
-
Superior Gold Recovery Rate: Achieves a gold recovery efficiency of up to 98%, maximizing the amount of gold extracted from the slurry.
-
Exceptional Durability: Boasts high elasticity, excellent resistance to abrasion, and corrosion, ensuring a long service life, typically lasting 6 months or more.
-
High-Purity Separation: Effectively separates gold from various impurities, contributing to a higher purity of the final recovered gold.
-
Applications
-
How to Use:
- Cut the rubber mat to the appropriate dimensions to fit your specific sluice box or equipment.
- Lay the mat flat and securely in the designated position within the gold recovery device.

-
- Start the equipment, ensuring the slurry flows evenly across the mat surface.
- Periodically (or when a sufficient amount of gold has accumulated), remove the mat for rinsing and gold collection, then replace it to continue the high-efficiency operation.
-
Applications: Widely used in gold mining, placer mining operations, mineral exploration, as well as laboratory testing and small-scale gold panning applications.
